Resource Business Services provides commercial clients with services in three distinct fields.

First we offer specialized commercial financing solutions across a broad spectrum of corporate need. Second RBS provides solutions to the physical real estate needs of the commercial investor/user. And third through our Human Resources Division we are an active consultant to Fortune 1000 companies on outsourcing their staffing and recruiting operations.

Commercial Finance

RBS provides senior and subordinated financing for companies and organizations. Representing both traditional and non-traditional lenders, we can provide both secured and unsecured loans to all types of commercial and non-profit organizations. Often, RBS clients are seeking unique terms or operating under conditions that make traditional funding difficult. RBS works with lending sources that are willing to be creative and are therefore able to meet our clients’ needs.

In selected cases RBS also offers access to project equity, either through our contacts with private equity funds, or through direct Wall Street contacts.
