In June, 2006 RBS will initiate a property identification service in the central city of Atlanta. Together with associates Stacy Powell of Dwellings and Amita Patel, RE Consultant, RBS will build a list of central city commercial properties that are prime choices for conversion to central city condos. We plan to bring potential conversion owners together with contractor suppliers at meetings to be held at the Greater Atlanta Home Builders headquarters. Financing will be handled by RBS and Stacy Powell of Dwellings will provide real estate services. Amita Patel will be our important interface with investor/owners. This service represents an important vehicle for positive change in the inner core of Atlanta, as well as introducing investor/owners to important profit making opportunities.

In May, 2006 RBS joined the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association as an Associate Member. With over 4,000 commercial builder members this organization is one of the largest in the U.S. RBS looks forward to helping members with their specialized builder financing needs. Already we are participating in the homebuilding/townhouse building projects of clients such as MidPoint Development here in Atlanta.
