We are seeking buyers in the refinery, industrial, and utility fields worldwide. Once we have established real buyers we can move forward quickly, and establish direct contact between our sellers and the buyer. Delivery can be FOB (China) or CIF among other options. We  require an LOI and proof of financial capability from the buyer prior to securing a committment from our supplier sources.
